Self-hosted vs. managed SaaS: what actually changes.

Self-hosted (private cloud) and managed SaaS contact center deployments differ in who operates the infrastructure and where the compliance boundary sits — not, when built correctly, in the underlying tenant-isolation architecture.

What stays the same
